We know that lots of people are curious about property values and what their homes might be worth. This is the reason why there are so many websites providing you with sales information and computer generated reports that provide you with value estimates. The weakness in most of these reports are that they are based on an algorithm without taking in consideration the specific condition of your property, which is why they can be hugely inaccurate. We wanted to make a difference by providing real information that has been analysed by a property expert based on specific information provided by the home owner, to make it a more accurate assessment.

We have a large client base of home owners who will call us when they want to find out what their property is worth. Our clients know we won’t hassle them trying to convince them “It’s a great time to sell”, because we know that whether it is a good time to sell or not depends on people’s personal circumstances. Real estate agents will always tell you it’s a great time to sell.
We figure that those who are wanting a rough idea about value, but don’t yet know a real estate agent they can trust, might find our service useful. We’re happy to provide this information free of charge, with no expectations or obligations. We also know from experience that there will be a few people who will initially request the report and afterwards be comfortable talking to us knowing that we’re not here to hassle them.

We are licensed agents under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. We are very upfront about who we are, unlike most other websites where it looks like an independent service, but your information is subsequently passed on to a real estate agent who has paid a fee to receive your details.

We may phone you to confirm you are the owner of the property. Most of the time this won’t be necessary, but as the report is only intended for the owner of the property, we may call to verify ownership.
